At Eddstyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Time Frame: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 2 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or are not in original packaging will not be accepted.
- Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as clearance or promotional items, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at 0547200851 to start the return process. Include your order details and the reason for the return.

2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping or delivery unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Pack Your Return: Securely package the items) and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. This may take up to 7 business days.

-Refund is also made if there a double payment for a design from 2 different clients the first to pay is considered the buyer of the design.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment process it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

We only exchange defective or incorrect Items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
